The listed CODBs are integral part of conformance test tool and thus the eds files for the CiA profiles corresponding to the listed codbs can be tested in addition to the CiA 301. Testing of EDS files according to the listed CODBs is not a part of CANopen CC conformance testing.

• lift application profile (CiA 417-2 version 2.1.0 and CiA 417-4 version 2.1.0),

Further CODBs are being edited, but not yet approved by the responsible CiA technical group:

• additional CANopen CC functions (CiA 302-2, CiA 302-3, CiA 302-4, CiA 302-5, and CiA 302-6 (all version 4.1.0) as well as CiA 302-7 version 1.0.0 and CiA 302-9 version 1.0.0),
• drive profile (CiA 402-2 and CiA 402-3 version 3.1.0 equivalent with IEC 61800-7-201:2008 and IEC 61800-7-301:2008),
• transducer profile (CiA 404-1 version 1.3.0),
• fluid power profile (CiA 408 version 1.5.0),
• truck gateway profile (CiA 413-1, CiA 413-2, and CiA 413-3 (all version 2.0.0) as well as CiA 413-5 version 1.0.0 and CiA 413-6 version 1.0.0),
• sensor profile for construction machines (CiA 415 version 1.0.1),
• building door profile (CiA 416 version 1.0),
• battery profile (CiA 418 version 1.0.1),
• charger profile (CiA 419 version 1.0.1).

The CANopen CC electronic data-sheet (EDS) checker developed and supported by Vector has been updated and reviewed. It is not longer available as standalone tool. The EDS checker tool is also embedded in tool chain from Vector (e.g. CANoe).

A licensed version of the EDS checker is integrated into CiA’s CANopen CC conformance testing tool version 3.0.0 and higher.
