Review of CiA 102 and CiA 103

The CiA 102 document is intended to be released as a technical report. It provides recommendations for designing CAN CC (classic) networks using CAN HS (high-speed) transceivers as specified in ISO 11898-2. The CiA 103 document is also intended to be published as a technical report. It provides guidelines to develop an intrinsically-safe device interface, to be used, for example, in explosive environments. CiA technical reports are downloadable free of charge from the CiA website. Normally, they do not contain requirements.
